Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya Malanjkhand started in the year 2010 for classes 1 to 5 in a temporary building provided by Hindustan Copper Limited. In the year 2023, it shifted to its newly constructed building.

The new building of the school is situated on Baihar Road near Municipality Colony Mohgaon. The Vidyalaya is about 1 km away from Mohgaon Bus Stand. It is a two section school with Science and Commerce stream. The school was inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi through virtual medium on 20 February 2024. Vidyalaya is listed under PM SHRI Scheme.
